How do I register ?

Where will the convention take place ?

At the Jean de la Fontaine auditorium (Porte d'Auteuil)

What will the timetable be ?

The convention will take place from 11 am to 8 pm during three days + parties, from October 31st to November 2nd 2008.

Who will be the guests ?

So far, two are planned : 1 for each show. Maybe more later.

Will there be other actors than those scheduled ?

We always try to have « extra » guests, up until the last minute… maybe even a surprise. It might happen for this event.


Which days will the actors be there ?

They will be there for all three days.

What types of passes are available and what are the prices ?

One-Day Passes, you have to pick which day (non-exchangeable) – 49€

Three-Day Passes (limited) – 99€

VIP "Backroom" Passes – 499€

I only want to attend for two days, may I ?

There is no « two-day » pass, you can buy a three-day pass or two one-day passes. But be careful, there is a limited number of three-day passes !


Will there be parties ?

Yes, there will a party the actors will be invited to (they will be free to attend or not).

Only the Three-Day Passes will have access to the parties (without paying extra)

Depending on the venue for the parties, the One-Day Pass-holders might be able to attend if they pay the admission fee (if it is a club and not a private venue)


Will cameras and camcorders be allowed ?

They will be allowed during the three days, but will be forbidden during the Q&A sessions with the actors.

Will there be pre-registrations like for Buffy Memories ?

No, we open registration directly on May 10th.

Will we have all the informations when we register ?

You will know the date, the venue, the general schedule, the Passes prices and everything there is to know about how things will happen.

The actors will be added as registrations come in (the more people register the better our chances to have extra guests). But be careful, the list can always be modified depending on the actors’ availability.

Once booked, your ticket is set aside for three weeks. You then have three weeks to send in your payment. Once received, your ticket is permanently attributed ! Otherwise, you lose your ticket.

I only want to attend for Gale Harold/Katherine Moening, if I register and they don’t come, can I get a refund ?

No.

Tickets are not exchangeable, nor refundable (unless the promoter cancels the event).

Will there be a more « The L Word » day and a more « Queer As Folk » day ?

No,

It’s 50/50 each day.

I registered and I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do ?
